Project Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting data of projects from FIR through Project Manager and conducting proper & close study of projects.
- Proper labour planning.
- Date confirmation to customer through Project Manager within 14 days of confirmation.
- Handover material request form to warehouse in charge.
- As per schedule, arrange labour & material at site 1 day before or on the same day of starting.
- Site cross-checking & troubleshooting with Site Engineer or FIR.
- Cross-check additional works like coring, removal of tiles, plastering, etc., are done properly.
- Update checklists timely & properly.
- Inform customer and Project Manager if any additional care or work is needed and provide proper solutions (additional payments/outsourcing).
- Adjust number of labourers, materials, equipment, and project duration for ongoing projects.
- Prepare labour report diary.
- Assign work to labour team through team leader.
- Check entire area after cleaning and mark cracks, bore packing, faulty areas, and special attention areas, and guide team on treatment methods.
- Check cement quality & monitor mixing of primers.
- Ensure crack treatment is properly done and implemented in remaining coatings.
- Arrange proper safety measures and ensure labour professionalism.
- Ensure project quality & cost reduction through frequent site visits.
- Maintain proper relationship with customers during visits.
- Organize project contracts, labour reports, bills, invoices, warranty cards, and other financial documents.
- Complete final measurement for billing after completion of primer and final coat.

Project Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make the BOQ (Material request for store, purchase orders of external materials like cement, etc.) and plan proper routing of machines & tools.
- Proper labor planning.
- Site cross-checking & troubleshooting with Site Engineer or FIR.
- Update checklists timely & properly.
- Maintain labor report diary.
- Arrange timely (weekly once) labor wage payments.
- Assign work to labor team through team leader.
- Ensure crack treatment is done properly and implement remaining coatings.
- Arrange proper safety measures, especially in risky areas like slopes.

Site Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely site visits for estimation, measurement, and quality checking of company direct projects and franchisee projects (estimation & measurement of franchisee projects if required).
- Take full responsibility for the overall quality of the project.
- Communicate with customers about our services and make them familiar with our rates.
- Identify any required additional work such as plumbing, coring, tile removal, plastering, etc., and discuss solutions with the customer (additional payment or third-party outsourcing from client side or company side).
- Preparation of FIR (Field Inspection Report).
- Submit FIR to estimation officer and project manager.
- Provide detailed updates on site conditions.
- Clearly communicate the work process and possibilities of additional work at the site.
- Build customer confidence in our services.
- Maintain communication with project manager and project coordinators for all projects.
- Attend site after completion for QA/QC reporting.
- Handle all warranty claims (company and franchisee projects), identify root causes, coordinate with project managers for labor requirements, and resolve issues if valid. If invalid, handle professionally.
